Illuminate the Omer On-Demand Course

$36.00

Springtime in the Jewish calendar takes us on a seven week journey from Passover to Shavuot. A mystical tradition assigns a special attribute (one of the sephirot or divine traits) to each of the seven weeks as an opportunity for spiritual reflection and personal development. This course takes you through a 7-week asynchronous “art beit midrash” or creative study and exploration, with a short teaching/guided meditation (video recording) on the weekly theme or attribute, and guiding prompts for writing or art making. Take the opportunity to reflect on that week’s theme and to set an intention for more mindful attention for integrating the weekly theme into your life.

Your purchase includes a download of the guidebook for the DIY course.

“I found the Illuminate the Omer prompts be very thought-provoking.  I thought about the values daily and was more apt to find them in my daily life than I probably would have been otherwise. Having time to think about the attributes has been a sanity-saver.”

- Mary F. Meyerson

“Thank you for creating a most meaningful and creative approach to Counting the Omer.  By creating a welcoming and unpressured way to explore the Divine attributes, I felt the freedom to express myself fully and to learn at my own pace with your gentle and loving guidance and support.”

-Susan Kline

“Thank you for the weekly meditations. It is very soothing to have another guide for a period of meditation. You made me relax—in spite of the furious horses beating within me.”

-Peter K

“While Counting the Omer with The Tasman Center, I feel like I am getting to an awe-some place in my creative FLOW. It has been quite the process and I feel like it has been quite emotional, eye-opening and inviting.”

-Elana Weinstein
