Illuminate Shabbat Guide

$26.00

The Illuminate Shabbat Guide includes an introduction for learning about, exploring and experiencing nine values or attributes associated with Shabbat as a way to cultivate a mindful Shabbat practice. Each section includes an overview and teaching about the value as well as prompts for reflection, meditation, journaling, or art making.

The course can be self-paced easily over 9 weeks or 9 months (using one attribute a week or per month) or to come back to again and again. The questions can be used individually or with a partner or with a group. Can be used in preparation for, during, or after Shabbat for reflection, discussion and sharing.

The workbook includes reflection pages for taking notes, journaling, or expressing yourself creatively through any medium.

See the introduction video for using the guide here.
